AJAX AND PICKERING RESIDENTS HELP KEEP AGGRESSIVE DRIVERS OFF THE STREETS IN 2021
The Ajax Pickering ROAD WATCH Committee would like to thank the community for another successful year. In 2021, Durham Regional Police West division sent out a total of 55 warning letters resulting from citizen report form complaints, and radar message boards.
With the help of our community members and Durham Regional Police, the Ajax Pickering ROAD WATCH team will continue efforts to keep the roads of Ajax and Pickering safe and work towards a successful year in 2022.
ROAD WATCH is a community operated program that gives residents the opportunity to report aggressive and unsafe drivers through a citizen report form. The ROAD WATCH mandate is to reduce collisions and fatalities through Awareness, Education and Enforcement of road safety.
